1. No, I do not receive any error codes to any of the problems.
2. Yes, I upgrade often. Check at least a few times per week. My computer is fully up to date.
3. I don't use IE very often. I can't say for certain, but I do know that Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome both do the same thing. They run well for a while, but on certain Flash heavy websites, all of a sudden, they'll just freeze up, sometimes for as much as ten minutes. No response at all. Even the cursor is frozen.
I performed a clean boot. Disabled all non-Microsoft services and disabled the startups, then rebooted. There was no change.
I tried fooling around with disabling Microsoft services to troubleshoot, but I have no idea which ones would affect the video and I was concerned I'd make things unstable, so I didn't go too deeply into it.
The Homegroup article was no help at all. Windows 10 will not let me either join or start a homegroup. I get to the point where it asks me for a password. I enter it, then I get a popup that says 'Windows can't set up a homegroup on this computer.'
Thanks for your help.
Although Google Chrome is one of the best browses out there, it doesn’t mean that it is error free. When starting or using Google Chrome, you might get an error popup message like Couldn’t load plugin, and some of your browser’s features may not work properly. As plugins help you get better user experience, you should fix this issue so that you can keep getting the most out of it. For your information, this particular error usually appears because of Adobe Flash Player plugin or more specifically PepperFlash.
Couldn’t load plugin error in Chrome
Before you begin, you have to ensure that you have installed the latest version of Google Chrome browser and that all your installed plugins are up-to-date. Also, ensure that the plugin that is not loading is set to Allowed allowed to run.
If you face this error, here is how you can fix the problem.
1] Update components
In Chrome browser, type chrome://components in the address bar and hit Enter. Here for Adobe Flash Player and pepper_flash, click on the Check for update button.
2] Rename pepflashplayer.dll
As this issue occurs because of PepperFlash, you can try renaming the pepflashplayer.dll file and check whether the problem persists or not. So navigate to the following path-
In the PepperFlash folder, you will find another folder with some version number. Open that folder, and you will see a file called pepflashplayer.dll. You have to change the file name to something else – like say pepflashplayerold.dll.
Having done this, check whether the problem has been solved or not. Autodesk maya software free download.
3] Delete PepperFlash folder

In the User Data folder, you will see the PepperFlash folder.
Just delete it completely and restart your browser and check whether you have solved the issue or not.
Generally speaking, if you receive this error message for any other plugin, it is best to completely uninstall the plugin and then install it again and see if that helps.
